Mobile HR hub for personnel administration and employee engagement
B360, developed by Biskits Technologies, is a mobile-first HR and organizational management app that centralizes employer and employee workflows. It offers one-touch attendance with GPS and NFC, digital onboarding with document uploads and signatures, in-app access to pay slips, and integrated pension management. The app combines administrative controls with an internal chat and social feed. It targets HR professionals and organizations that need a smartphone-centered solution for workplace administration and communication.
What is B360 used for?
B360 acts as a single mobile entry point for HR activity, converting paper-based tasks into digital workflows while combining operational controls with a social layer for company communication. The app focuses on visibility and accessibility across the workforce, keeping personnel information, communications, and benefits administration available through a unified smartphone-centered environment for managers and staff.
What can you do with B360 during an employee's lifecycle?
B360 supports onboarding, benefits tracking, and document access across employment stages. New hires complete forms and upload required paperwork through the app, while employees retrieve pay slips and annual tax summaries on their devices. The platform also stores pension and study fund data linked to individual profiles. These capabilities reduce reliance on printed forms by keeping lifecycle records inside the same mobile application.
Is the mobile interface practical for HR and remote staff?
The app is designed for smartphones and is available on Android with iOS compatibility, so dispersed teams access HR functions from their devices. One-touch attendance uses GPS verification and optional NFC tag support to validate location-backed check-ins. Mobile document upload and electronic signature capture let employees finish administrative tasks without returning paperwork to an office, supporting field and remote work scenarios.
How does B360 handle collaboration, compatibility, and reporting?
The platform pairs secure internal chat with an organizational social feed and push notifications to distribute updates and events. Administrators use a dashboard to manage employee records and publish organizational surveys, creating central channels for feedback and policy distribution. Reporting relies on data gathered through those mobile interactions, so survey responses and record updates consolidate inside the administrative interface rather than across multiple standalone tools.
B360 fits HR teams that centralize mobile administration but needs governance
B360 is a practical option for HR professionals and small-to-mid-sized organizations that want to centralize personnel administration and internal communication on employees' smartphones. Because the platform mixes operational records with an employee-facing social feed, organizations should assign moderation roles and approval workflows to preserve record integrity and control public posting. With those governance steps in place, teams can manage HR processes from a single mobile environment.
